Data Retention – We will store data for as long as you require our services.

Rights to Control and Access your information  If someone asks to be removed from our records, our designated data protection officer will check the information across all platforms we use to make sure we delete the data accurately across all platforms.
Data Access Requests – The individual has the right to know what information is held about them and what processing is being carried out. We will handle these data access requests within a month of receiving them to ensure we gather all information we need to send to the individual. The individual also has the right to have inaccurate data corrected. This information will be given over email.
Right to be Forgotten – GDPR now allows any individual customer, supplier or employee to have the ‘right to be forgotten’ under the new GDPR law. This means that if requested to do so, we will delete your data safely and securely across all platforms we use within the company. To make sure this is performed properly we have done checks across all he platforms we use to ensure they have the function to delete personal data if this is something which you would prefer, and this will be completed within a month or your request being submitted to our company.
